Sean Stenstrom


Sean Stenstrom is in-house counsel at Palantir Technologies, a Silicon Valley-based company that builds software platforms designed to enable organizations to perform powerful analysis of data at scale.  Stenstrom leads the contracts and international expansion teams at Palantir Technolgies, and co-leads the equity and corporate securities team.

Stenstrom came to Palantir Technologies from Cooley, where he had a general corporate law practice with a focus on emerging growth companies, venture capital financings, securities transactions, and liquidity events.

He earned his J.D. from the University of California Berkeley School of Law and his B.A. from the University of California, San Diego.
