Sarah Rosenthal

Sarah Rosenthal is a career law clerk in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.  She previously worked as a staff attorney in the Consumer Protection Unit at the New York Legal Assistance Group where she represented consumers in a variety of consumer debt matters, including debt collection defense, affirmative litigation involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and bankruptcy.
