Omar Pringle is a partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Morrison & Foerster in New York, and the Global Co-Chair of the firm's Private Equity Practice. He advises on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions for both strategic and private equity clients. Omar works across a variety of industries including food & agriculture, consumer products, technology and life sciences.
Omar earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his B.A. from Georgetown University. Omar also holds a French 'Master' with honors in international business law from the Sorbonne and Sciences-Po in Paris, and a certificate in business and public policy from the Wharton School.
Omar speaks fluent French and Spanish, and is conversant in Arabic.
