Matthew Povolny

Matthew V. Povolny is a litigation partner at Cohen & Gresser LLP, where he represents clients in complex litigation, class actions, and commercial disputes.  His practice spans products liability defense, employment litigation, securities litigation and arbitration, real estate, and general commercial matters.  Matthew has also worked extensively on civil rights and employment compliance issues through a court-appointed monitorship.  He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School and his B.A., cum laude, from Boston College.
