Mark Nielsen has served in a series of senior corporate legal roles including Chief Legal & Regulatory Officer of Frontier Communications (NASDAQ: FYBR) from 2014 to 2026.
Earlier, Nielsen served as a staff member to Mitt Romney when Romney was Governor of Massachusetts, first as Romney's Chief Legal Counsel from (2004 to 2006) and then his Chief of Staff (2006 to 2007).
Nielsen, an honors graduate of Harvard College (1986) and Harvard Law School (1989), lives with his family in Ridgefield, Connecticut and New York City.
