

Maggie Drucker retired in early 2025 as the Chief Legal Officer of Grubhub. Maggie was at Grubhub for 13 years and oversaw the Seamless/Grubhub merger, the IPO of Grubhub, the sale of Grubhub to JustEat Takeaway and the subsequent sale of Grubhub to Wonder. Prior to Grubhub, Maggie was in-house at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, The New York Times Company, and Simon & Schuster. Maggie was a law clerk for Hon. Denis Hurley in the Eastern District of New York. Maggie attended NYU Law School, where she graduated summa cum laude, was Order of the Coif and was Note and Comment Editor on the NYU Law Review. Maggie attended Brown University for undergrad.
