Les Fagen has more than 40 years of experience in the law and particularly in the field of litigation.  

Les spent most of those years as a senior litigation partner in the law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, LLP.  He represented a wide variety of clients including financial institutions, real estate companies. trusts and estates, entertainment entities and art world individuals, museums and companies.  He has been recognized as a leading attorney by Chambers USA, Chambers Global, The International Who's Who of Business Lawyers and Lawdragon500. 

Les was chair of the Paul, Weiss litigation department, a member of the firm's management committee and chair of the firm's partnership committee.

Now retired from Paul,Weiss, Les is a board member, advisor and consultant for companies and foundations.  He is a director of the Brennan Center for Justice and the Kohlberg Foundation.  He is a member of the Board of Visitors of Columbia Law School.  He serves as a fiduciary for trusts and estates.

Les is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.  In addition to his role on the adjunct faculty of Columbia Law School, he is an Adjunct Professor on the faculty of Brooklyn Law School.

Les was a law clerk for the late Judge Jack B. Weinstein of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
