Leah Gopin

Leah Pacht Gopin focuses her practice primarily on private investment funds in connection with various fundraising, governance, regulatory and compliance matters. She also works with institutional investors in connection with their investments in various types of private funds.

Leah received her B.A. from Touro University, where she was the valedictorian of her graduating class. She received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was named a James Kent scholar and received the Class of 1912 Prize and the Paul R. Hays Prize and served as the submissions editor of the Columbia Business Law Review.
