Katherine C. Reilly

Katherine Reilly has served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York since 2014. She currently serves as the Deputy Chief of the Office’s Complex Frauds and Cybercrime Unit and as the Office's Bankruptcy Fraud Coordinator. Prior to joining the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Katherine was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell, and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Paul G. Gardephe of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Honorable Faith S. Hochberg of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Katherine received her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2009, and her A.B. from Princeton University in 2005.
