Joanne De Silva is a partner at Mayer Brown LLP and a member of the firm's Finance Practice. She has over thirty years experience in lending transactions and debt restructurings in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
She advises clients on acquisition financings, recapitalizations, and growth capital investments. These transactions include unitranche, first lien, second lien, and mezzanine financings, intercreditor arrangements, and equity co-investments.
Joanne graduated from Oxford University (Jurisprudence) and is admitted to the bar in New York, England and Singapore.
