Gregory A Passa

Gregory Passa is a registered patent attorney and serves as a Visiting Associate Professor of Law and Frank H. Marks Intellectual Property Law Fellow at George Washington University Law School.  In addition, Gregory provides free patent prosecution services to under-resourced independent inventors and has been recognized by the United States Patent and Trademark Office for this work. Previously, Gregory served as a patent litigator at Foley Hoag LLP and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton, & Garrison LLP.  He also served as a patent examiner for the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Gregory received his J.D. from Columbia Law School as a member of the class of 2020, where he was a James Kent Scholar, his Masters of Philosophy in Advanced Chemical Engineering at the University of Cambridge, and his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University.
