Gabriel Freiman

Gabriel Freiman is the Director of Family Defense for the Integrated Defense Practice, where he helps to manage BDS’s robust defense of parents dually enmeshed in both the criminal legal and family regulation systems. 
 
Prior to his current role, Mr. Freiman was the Attorney-in-Charge of the Employment and Education Practice where he led BDS’s work on behalf of clients facing education or employment-related collateral consequences that arise from an arrest, family court involvement or immigration status. He also previously worked as a Family Defense attorney, where he litigated and supervised the defense of parents or caregivers facing ACS involvement.
