Eunice Hong

Eunice Hong is the Director of the Davis Polk Leadership Initiative and Lecturer in Law at Columbia Law School, where she co-teaches Lawyer Leadership: Leading Self, Leading Others, Leading Change.

Before entering academia, Eunice was a law clerk to the Honorable Richard M. Berman in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Prior to her clerkship, she was a litigation associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Outside of the Law School, Eunice studies Ancient Greek and writes fiction. Her debut novel, Memento Mori, was published in August 2024.

Eunice received her J.D. from Columbia Law School and her B.A. from Brown University.
