Edward Frischling is an attorney specializing in labor and employment law. He currently serves as Assistant General Counsel for a S&P 500 global beauty company, providing employment law advice, counseling and support for the North America region. He regularly negotiates employment law related agreements, manages employment litigation and conducts anti-harassment trainings. Prior to his time in-house, Mr. Frischling worked as a labor and employment attorney for a law firm where he advised, counseled, and litigated on behalf of clients in the financial, technology, travel, media, construction, manufacturing, and hospitality industries.
Mr. Frischling is also a licensed real estate broker in New York.
Mr. Frischling graduated from Columbia Law School in 2011, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University at Albany.
