Dylan A. Stern

Dylan A. Stern is an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, where he serves as Deputy Chief of Appeals for the Criminal Division.  He previously served in the Office’s Business and Securities Fraud and General Crimes Sections.  Before joining the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Dylan worked at Levine Lee LLP and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP.  He also clerked for the Honorable Susan L. Carney of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Honorable Naomi Reice Buchwald of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.  Dylan received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review, and his B.A. from Yale University.
