Daphne is a partner at Arnold & Porter LLP. She is the co-chair of the firm's Product Liability Litigation Group. Her practice is focused on defending product liability and mass tort actions brought against pharmaceutical and consumer product companies. For more than 25 years, Daphne has served as national counsel for major pharmaceutical and tobacco companies in state and federal courts. She has extensive experience in legal strategy, witness preparation, complex scientific and medical issues as well as appeals, trials and settlements. She also counsels clients on litigation risks, FDA regulatory issues and litigation impacts of potential legislation. Daphne earned a B.A. in English at Duke University and her J.D. from the University of Colorado.
