

Danielle Menitove is an independent arbitrator and mediator with particular expertise in complex sports disputes. She serves as an arbitrator on the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne, Switzerland, the leading international arbitral forum for sports-related legal issues, as well as on the American Arbitration Association’s commercial, consumer, and national sports panels. Before transitioning to an ADR practice, Danielle was a litigator for more than ten years at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where she focused primarily on antitrust and sports-related matters. Prior to that, she served as a law clerk to United States District Judge Sarah S. Vance in the Eastern District of Louisiana. Danielle earned her B.A. from the University of Western Ontario and her J.D. from Tulane University Law School, where she served as an editor of the Tulane Law Review.
