Daniella is a staff attorney at The Legal Aid Society’s Immigration Law Unit's Youth Project, where she represents immigrant youth in Immigration Court, Family Court, and before US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Before joining the Immigration Law Unit, Daniella worked as a staff attorney at The Legal Aid Society’s Juvenile Rights Practice, where she represented youth in child welfare cases. Daniella began her career as a Skadden Fellow at The Legal Aid Society, providing direct representation and engaging in impact litigation to enforce the rights of children in foster care with acute psychiatric conditions. Daniella received her J.D. from Yale Law School, and her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
