Bruce is a partner in Cleary Gottlieb's antitrust practice. Bruce has been practicing antitrust law for over thirty years, including serving twice in government as the Director, Deputy Director, and Associate Director of the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Competition. He also frequently writes and speaks on antitrust issues, and his practice includes merger review, investigations, litigation, and counseling. Bruce is a 1992 graduate of the University of Florida's Levin College of Law.
