Andrew Frackman

Andrew Frackman, a partner at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, is one of the firm’s most experienced trial lawyers, having tried, as lead or co-lead counsel, more than 20 cases or arbitrations through the close of evidence or arbitral award in state and federal courts and before numerous arbitral panels, including three month-long antitrust trials in 2022 in the S.D.N.Y, D.D.C, and N.D.N.Y. His antitrust trial experience includes three merger trials, as well. His trial experience outside of antitrust has involved such diverse disputes as contract/commercial, intellectual property, insurance coverage, and federal tax claims.
