

Amy Pardee is the General Counsel of Narmi, a financial technology company providing cloud-native digital banking solutions to community banks and credit unions nationwide. At Narmi, Amy leads the company’s legal, regulatory, and compliance functions, advising on product development, financial services regulations, privacy and data security, intellectual property, corporate governance, employment, and strategic commercial partnerships. She also manages enterprise risk and oversees the company’s outside counsel relationships, with a particular focus on building scalable, efficient legal processes in a fast-growing, venture-backed environment.
Prior to joining Narmi, Amy was Global Governance Counsel at Block, Inc. (formerly Square), managing regulatory strategy and corporate compliance for international subsidiaries and supporting multi-billion-dollar cross-border acquisitions. Amy also served as Lead International Counsel at Block, where she worked closely with regulators and industry groups shaping financial, cryptocurrency, and payments law across Europe, Canada, Australia, and Asia. Earlier in her career, Amy was a corporate associate in the mergers and acquisitions group at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
Amy holds a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Political Science from Stanford University and earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School. She is admitted to practice law in California.
