The Private Law Theory Workshop, led by Professor Shyam Balganesh, is a colloquium where leading scholars who work in different areas of private law theory present their scholarly work to an audience of faculty and students. The event is open to all faculty, as well as students enrolled in the related seminar (Private Law Theory).
The fall 2025 workshop will meet on Tuesdays from 4.30 to 6.10 p.m., in JGH 807. The schedule of speakers and their papers is below. (Papers will be added and available for download as they become available.)
