Crisis Planning for Immigrant Families is a pro bono project of Morningside Heights Legal Services. In this project, students work with clients to help them complete forms like the designation of person in parental relationship and power of attorney. These documents help clients plan for care of their families and finances in the event of a sudden detention or deportation.
