Section Description
This is a general course in U.S. copyright law, both traditional and digital. Some of the specific topics we will cover are the subject matter of copyright; infringement; fair use; ownership; duration and transfer; and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
The course will analyse the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on almost all the topics covered in the course.
The grade will be based on a combination of examination (proctored) and class participation.
