Section Description
The seminar explores current issues in Copyright Law through weekly presentations by outside experts offering contrasting views on the given topic. Students prepare for each session by writing short reaction papers (4 per student over the course of the seminar) based on the readings assigned for each session. To stimulate class discussion, the reaction papers are posted to the course webpage for all students to read, and to the guest speakers for their in-class responses. The day's paper-writers are expected to lead the questions to the speakers.
