Christina S. Ho

Professor Christina S. Ho is Distinguished Professor of Law and Duncan M. Kennedy Scholar at Rutgers Law School. She joined the Rutgers faculty in 2010 from the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law at Georgetown University Law Center, where she was the Project Director of the China Health Law Initiative. She was previously the Country Director for the Clinton Foundation’s HIV/AIDS Initiative in China.

During the Clinton Administration, she worked on the Domestic Policy Council at the White House and later worked for Hillary Rodham Clinton in the U.S. Senate as her health policy aide. Professor Ho also previously served as a House staffer for Congressman John Tierney.

At Rutgers, she teaches Food and Drug Law, Administrative Law, Health Law and Policy, Torts, and South African Constitutional Law, a health and human rights course. Her book, Normalizing an American Right to Health was published by Oxford University Press in 2023, and she spent the 2023-2024 academic year at the Biden Administration Office of Management and Budget General Counsel’s office.

Professor Ho received her A.B. from Harvard College, her M.P.P from Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, and her J.D. from Harvard Law School.
