Section Description
This colloquium is a series of interactive seminars devoted to core leadership capacities central to contemporary legal practice. It serves as an integrative and practice-oriented experience, connecting students’ academic learning with the interpersonal and organizational challenges lawyers face in complex environments. The colloquium promotes effective leadership by helping students understand themselves and their impact on others, to work effectively in groups, to interact across difference, to navigate uncertainty and complex legal environments, and to advance change. Through focused work on emotional awareness, feedback, collaboration, and difficult conversations, students develop the judgment and skills necessary to lead teams in global legal practice.
