Robert Scarborough

Robert Scarborough is a partner in the international tax group of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. His practice focuses on U.S. taxation of cross-border financial and corporate transactions, and he regularly advises leading European and U.S. banks, corporations, and private equity funds. Scarborough has served as chair of the New York State Bar Association's tax section and in the U.S. Treasury as associate tax legislative counsel. He has previously taught tax policy at New York University Law School.

Scarborough is a graduate of Harvard College and the University of Virginia School of Law.
