Chris Cogburn is a litigator in the New York office of Kobre & Kim LLP. His practice involves a wide variety of civil and criminal disputes, with emphasis on securities litigation, white-collar matters, and cross-border judgment enforcement. Before joining Kobre & Kim, he practiced in the New York office of O'Melveny & Myers LLP and the Atlanta office of Jones Day. He received his J.D. from Columbia Law School and his undergraduate degree from Duke University.
