Jorge Contesse of Chile's National Human Rights Institute will discuss human rights in Latin America. Each HRIP student is required to attend at least one region specific-lecture. HRIP students who know or think that they will be working in Latin America this summer must attend this lecture. All students are welcome to attend. If you are in HRIP and have a class conflict, you must email Ernesto Hernandez and Kiran Singh in advance of the lecture.
