The Federalist Society, the National Security Law Society and the Alexander Hamilton Society invite you to join us for “Cyber Threats: Rethinking the Law of Armed Conflict,” a talk featuring Jeremy Rabkin of George Mason University School of Law with commentary by Matthew Waxman of Columbia Law School. Professors Rabkin and Waxman will discuss the merits of broader rules regarding permissible targets and permissible participants and a lower threshold for resorting to 'force' in the cyber domain.
