Immigration law is truly one of the most complex areas of U.S. law. Many are unaware of the specific issues and discrimination faced by lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) and HIV-positive immigrants. Come participate in a discussion with leading members of the immigration and asylum legal community regarding some of the specific issues and challenges both immigrants and practitioners face. Panelists: Jenna Gilbert, Staff Attorney for Refugee Representation at Human Rights First; Iván Espinoza-Madrigal, Legal Director for The Center for HIV Law & Policy.
