Their thunderous applause was matched only by the rumbling thunder that accompanied a series of rainstorms that passed through during the celebratory event, which featured U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York Preet Bharara, a 1993 Columbia Law School graduate, as keynote speaker.
California-native and Class of 2013 graduate Lelise Gobena took shelter under an umbrella at Columbia Law School’s graduation ceremony Thursday. Gobena has accepted a job at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips in New York City.
