Foreign-trained lawyers participating in LL.M. programs at the University of Chicago Law School, Columbia Law School, Harvard Law School, the University of Michigan Law School, Stanford Law School, the University of Virginia School of Law, and Yale Law School are invited to participate.

Interview schedules consist of 20-minute screening interviews. Employers may choose to interview for a full-day schedule (20 students) or half-day schedule (10 students). Interviews begin on a staggered schedule, starting at 9:00 AM. Scheduled interviews on a full-day schedule will end no later than 5:40 PM, and half-day morning schedules will end no later than 12:30 PM. Interviewers will have a one-hour lunch break, and two 10-minute breaks throughout the day.
All students on interview schedules are chosen through a 100 percent pre-selection process. Employers will provide position details through registration and students will place bids on those employers for whom they are interested in working. Employers will then select candidates for their schedule, as well as alternate choices in the event of cancelations. Students will have the opportunity to accept or decline the invitation to interview prior to interviews being scheduled. There will only be one round of pre-selection. Employers will be able to select additional candidates from our "2019 Overseas Trained LLM Interview Program Resume Book."
A continental breakfast and a buffet lunch will be provided for all interviewers on the 5th floor of the hotel.
The fee for the LL.M. Interview Program is $700, which includes the cost to participate, an interview suite for one interviewer, and the interviewer's continental breakfast and lunch. The fee for each additional schedule is $650. The fee for each additional interviewer per schedule is $100. If you remain in your interview suite after 6:00 PM (scheduled interviews will end no later than 5:40 PM), the hotel will charge you an additional fee. These fees are all-inclusive and cannot be changed based on your needs.
Note new policy for sleeping rooms: The new hotel venue's interview rooms will no longer include a bed in the rooms. Therefore, overnight accommodations are not included in the program fee. Resume Collect Only
Please note that there is a "Resume Collect Only" option on the registration form in Symplicity. The fee for one to three résumé collections is $200; four to six is $300; seven to nine is $400; and ten or more is $500.
A $200 deposit is required for each schedule, which will be credited toward your final invoice. An invoice for this deposit will be available on Symplicity once the registration period has closed. Do not submit full payment in advance, as you may want to change the number of interview schedules for which you are registered. Final invoices will be sent through Symplicity after the interview program. You may pay by check, credit card or wire transfer. Checks must be drawn on U.S. banks or foreign banks with a New York office.

To access your invoice, log into Symplicity and click on the "Account" tab. Then click on the "Invoices" tab and press the listed invoice number. You will then be presented with the option to pay with a credit card.
Payment by Wire Transfer:
The details for wire transfer payment will be provided at the time when invoices are emailed to the primary registration contact.
Hospitality suites are additional hotel suites reserved near an employer's interview suite(s) that are used to meet and greet students. Organizations that reserve these suites send recruiting team members and other company representatives to speak to students regarding practice at their organization and to answer any questions. Students both on and off an organization's interview schedule(s) are invited to visit their hospitality suite. There is an additional fee to reserve these suites.
Refunds for employer cancelations will not be granted once student résumés are released on November 8.
