Shawn Crowley is an Assistant U.S. Attorney and the Deputy Chief of the Narcotics Unit in the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York. She was previously a member of the Office's Terrorism and International Narcotics Unit, and was a member of the prosecution team that tried and convicted Ahmad Khan Rahimi for carrying out the bombing attack in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan in September 2016.

Prior to joining the U.S. Attorney's Office in 2014, Shawn was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore and a law clerk to the Honorable Lewis A. Kaplan of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Shawn received her J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2011, and her B.A. from Northwestern University in 2006.
