Morenike Fajana is a staff attorney at the Tenant Rights Coalition at the Legal Aid Society, where she represents tenant groups and tenant associations in federal, state and city courts. Morenike joined the Legal Aid Society in 2016. Before joining Legal Aid, she engaged in international human rights litigation and research at the Bureau des Avocats Internationaux in Port-au-Prince, Haiti and the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights in Berlin, Germany. Morenike received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and her B.A. in History from New York University.
