Elsberg received Law360’s MVP award for winning some of the largest verdicts in securities cases. SuperLawyers also named him as a top business litigator in New York. He won a $63 million verdict for JPMorgan against American industrialist Len Blavatnik.
He clerked for Judge Kearse on the 2nd U.S. District Court of Appeals.
Elsberg received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1995, where he was an editor at the Harvard Law Review, and his B.A. from Duke University in 1992.
