Christina Ma is an associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz where she advises and represents clients before the U.S. and international antitrust authorities on competition issues arising out of mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. She previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Amalya L. Kearse of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Ms. Ma received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a James Kent scholar and essays editor of the Columbia Law Review. She received a B.A. with honors in both Economics and Public Policy from Brown University.
