Women in Big law: Partner and Parent is a panel discussion with women partners from New York City’s top firms. The discussion will be focused on what partner track is, how women can become partner (given extreme male/female disparities), how to navigate choosing to have children while on partner track or once becoming partner, and the challenges that women in law firms may face in trying to juggle work and motherhood.
