William Shirley of Sidley Austin LLP and Dana Neacsu discuss research aspects regarding the interplay between bankruptcy and derivatives rules. From September 12 through October 31, 2019, on Thursdays at noon, we will cover eight different topics. For the second week, the topics include bankruptcy case law research. Make sure you bring your laptop because we encourage you to participate in the hands-on experiential training and hone in your skills in various methods of finding cases by title, citation, and subject matter.  Some non-pizza food will be provided courtesy of the Arthur W. Diamond Law Library. The workshop is sponsored by Columbia Law School’s Writing Center.
