William Shirley of Sidley Austin LLP and Dana Neacsu discuss research aspects regarding the interplay between bankruptcy law and derivatives regulations. From September 12 through October 31, 2019, on Thursdays at noon, we will cover eight different topics.  For the seventh week, the topics include researching regulatory history. Make sure you bring your laptop because the workshop will provide hands-on experiential training in order to hone your skills in various methods for researching the history behind the Federal Reserve’s QFC rules. Some non-pizza food will be provided courtesy of the Arthur W. Diamond Law Library. The workshop is sponsored by Columbia Law School’s Writing Center.
