Take Ten: Virtual Mindfulness Tips

Student Services invites you to “Take Ten” by carving out 10 minutes from your busy schedule for a reflective break.

Find a quiet place (if you can) or a set of headphones (if you cannot), close your eyes and Take Ten! A new guided meditation is shared weekly via email. Tea is optional, but encouraged!
