Ryan Park is the Deputy Solicitor General of North Carolina. He previously clerked for Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and David H. Souter (ret.) of the U.S. Supreme Court, Chief Judge Robert A. Katzmann of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and Judge Jed S. Rakoff of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. After leaving his Supreme Court clerkship, Ryan became a stay-at-home dad! He then practiced at Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP before joining the NC Office of the Solicitor General.
