In honor of Mental Health Day for Law Schools, please join Elina Teboul CLS alum and founder of The LightUp Lab, in a conversation around how positive psychology (the “science of happiness”) can lead to law student well-being and happiness.

The field of positive psychology focuses on enhancing well-being and on the conditions and processes that lead to successful, optimally functioning people, groups, and institutions. Positive psychology can teach law students to “rewire” their minds by embracing positivity and optimism – which in turn will enhance their ability to cope with stress and create lifetime tools for their future lives and careers.
