Asaf Eckstein is an Associate Professor of Corporate Law at the Ono Academic College. His research areas are corporate law, corporate governance, and securities regulation. His research has been published in law reviews, including Cornell Law Review, Iowa Law Review, Harvard Business Law Review, Wake Forest Law Review and Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. He is also a researcher at the Israeli Chair of Corporate Governance.
