Please join the Federalist Society for a discussion with Professor Richard Epstein of the University of Chicago Law School, the New York University School of Law, and the Hoover Institution. Professor Epstein will be discussing the meaning of the “hours worked” within the context of the Fair Labor Standards Act, which defines federal minimum wage and overtime requirements in terms of hours worked. Professor Philip Hamburger will provide commentary. Non-pizza lunch will be provided.
