Should Facebook be broken up? Please join the Federalist Society for a debate between Professor Tim Wu and Professor Joshua Wright on that question.

Professor Joshua Wright is University Professor of Law at George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law School, where he teaches courses in antitrust law, law and economics, and IP. From 2013 to 2015, he served as a member of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), following his nomination by President Obama and unanimous confirmation by the U.S. Senate.

Professor Tim Wu is the Julius Silver Professor of Law, Science, and Technology at CLS, where he teaches antitrust law, criminal law, and other subjects. He is a New York Times bestselling author, and his most recent book, "The Curse of Bigness," argues for a return to the trustbusting tradition of antitrust enforcement.

Non-pizza lunch will be served.
