Despite gains in recent years, gender and racial disparities in the corporate sector - especially in its higher echelons - remain significant in the United States and across Europe. This roundtable will explore successes and limitations in policies drafted and implemented with the intention of promoting diversity and inclusion.  Panelists will identify successful strategies, but also discuss the backlash, roadblocks, and unintended consequences of strategies and tactics invoked in recent years.
