Please join the Columbia Health Law Association for a lunchtime discussion with Dr. Alexandra Phelan, Global Health (Infectious Diseases) Lawyer, International Law Consultant, Faculty Research Instructor and Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University, on the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Dr. Phelan will discuss the important ethical, political and human rights issues facing China, the United States and the world at large following the WHO-declared global health emergency. During this discussion, Dr. Phelan will assess the global response to date and explain why decisive global leadership is now required.

Non-pizza lunch will be served.
