The Comparative and International Law Workshop, led by Professor Anu Bradford, is a faculty and student seminar where leading scholars from the US and abroad present their scholarly work on a range of topics pertaining to comparative and international law. In this session, guest speaker Obiora Okafor (Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies) will be discussing his paper, Antinomies and Aporias in Official Human Rights Solidarity Argumentation across the Global South/North Axis.
